Coach Keven Burdorf

Growing up on a family farm in rural Minnesota, I lived a wholesome life of fresh food and hard work until my family’s small operation faced tough times, pushing us into a hectic, urban lifestyle.

By 9th grade, I ballooned to over 240lbs, struggling to keep up and constantly injured. Mentors introduced me to exercise through Acro Sport, sparking my health journey.

For over a decade, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corporate wellness coordinator in Knoxville, TN. Life hit hard after my first kid in 2021—I was burned out, sleep-deprived, and stressed. Cutting back to focus on family (now with two kids) showed me what really matters.

Now, I’m here to help men and women nearing retirement reclaim their fitness, drawing from my own transformation and years of expertise to guide them toward a stronger, healthier life.

Your sessions are structured yet flexible, designed to fit into your busy life. Each week, we’ll have a scheduled video call that lasts no longer than an hour, giving you time to dive into your goals, reflect on progress, and make adjustments without feeling overwhelmed.


If something comes up and you need to reschedule, don’t worry—Friday mornings are set aside for make-up calls, ensuring you still get the support you need without disrupting your momentum.

Pro Coach by Precision Nutrition is a web and phone app where you’ll track your custom habits, access educational materials, and save your progress throughout your coaching journey. It also includes a food journal, making it easy to log your nutrition and see how your habits evolve.


For more detailed nutrition tracking, we offer Joy Health, another app designed specifically for logging food and exercise. You can track macros and calories, save recipes, and even use AI to analyze your meals—just snap a photo, and it calculates your macros for you!


Some habits may fall outside the scope of these tools, and that’s okay. We’ll work together to find alternative tracking methods, whether it’s an Excel sheet, a personalized log, or another system that fits your unique approach.

12-month program (preferred): The best timeframe for deep, lasting change.

6-month program (minimum): A strong foundation for habit-building.

3-month trial (optional): A chance to experience coaching and see if it’s the right fit for you.
