During this session, you'll have the chance to introduce yourself, share your goals or the challenges you're looking to solve, and ask any questions you may have. I will provide you with a snapshot of the KB Coaching curriculum and do my best to answer your questions.
Step 2: Choose Your Commitment
After the consultation, you will need to decide your level of commitment:

Remember, you are always in the driver's seat. KB Coaching works alongside you to provide insight, perspective, and feedback. But the decisions that will impact you future goals is solely up to you.
Step 3: Weekly and Monthly Coaching
The coaching curriculum is built on the foundation of weekly virtual meetings. During these video calls, we will work on achieving your long-term goals through smaller weekly goals and core-habit building. These habits focus on a holistic lifestyle approach, or Deep Health.
You'll use web-based tools and apps to track your progress and build habits.
